BJL Baji Terms & Conditions — Plain Language, No Hidden Clauses

1General overview & scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the BJL Baji website and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site"). Registering as a member, placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, or using any features of the platform — all are subject to these terms.

2Registration & account eligibility

4Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5Withdrawal policy & processing times

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a "wager multiplier" (e.g. 10x, 15x, or 20x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by the multiplier must be wagered in total before any withdrawal is permitted.

• One per member: Each member may claim a promotional offer once only.
• Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements by any means, will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Bet Settlement Rules

BJL Baji follows internationally recognized rules to determine the outcome of bets:

• Cricket: Official ICC scorecards are used for all results. If a match is shortened due to rain or bad light, the DLS method will be applied to determine the outcome.
• Football: Results are based on 90 minutes of play (plus added time). Penalty shootouts only count in the "trophy winner" market.
• Match Abandoned: If a match does not start, or less than 50% of the scheduled overs/time is played, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.
• Technical Error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a server error on our end, BJL Baji reserves the right to void that bet.

8Prohibited activities & cancellation policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account
• Using your own or another person's account strategically to claim promotional benefits

If your account is closed for any of the above reasons, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, BJL Baji will give reasonable consideration to returning any legitimate deposit funds.

9Responsible Betting — Our Commitment

BJL Baji believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. With that in mind, we have put in place the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — at any time.
• Self-exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Permanent Closure: You can permanently close your account at any time.
